These numbers refer to the letters of the Latin alphabet.
88 = HH = Heil Hitler
18 = AH = Adolf Hitler; also a code for the "Combat 18" Nazi network.
Number 14 refers to the 14 words in "We must secure the existence of our people and a future for White children."
I don't know either what 92 means, but here are the symbols starting at the left corner:
- The Germanic rune M is interpreted as a symbol for life and death by many neo-Nazis as well as by non-Nazi spiritists.
- The "Black Sun" wheel was used by the SS as a spiritual sign. It consists of twelve swastikas.
- The celtic cross is used by the White Pride movement.
- This type of triskelion is used by the Blood and Honour movement.
- My guess: The mathematical symbol ≠ (not equal) refers to the idea that not all human beings are equal, but some are superior.
- The rune O was a symbol of the Hitler Youth.
- The Wolfsangel is also a popular Nazi symbol.
- I don't know what the "radioactive" sign means. It could be a stylised triskelion.
- The skull was the symbol of the SS worn on their uniform caps.
- The iron cross has been the symbol of the German armed forces since World War 1. It is also a popular symbol for the "good old times" among neo-Nazis.
- I have no idea about this upside-down triangle and the other four symbols.
- The last one (bottom right) is the arrow-cross used by Hungarian fascists during World War 2.
