Sorry guys! I we you apology!!!!
My attempt at sarcasm failed utterly. Instead of creating something funny I just created a riddle nobody can solve, because nobody can possibly have all the facts ended to understand my "joke". And don't worry, I haven't found anybody else yet, who understands it, so it's not only you........but Digrar was getting very close!
So, the building in the upper pic, the one marked as sold, is "10, Rue Solférino". Unit last September it was the Party HQ of the French "PS", the "Parti Socialiste", located in one of the most posh quarters of Paris. The French socialist party had to sell it after their debacle in the 2017 general elections, thus narrowly avoiding bankruptcy. "10 Rue de Solférino" was a symbol to the party and it's former political clout! Selling it was as traumatic as if Her Majesty's Governement would have to sell off Number 10 Downing Street!
The second building is the "Willy Brandt Haus" in Berlin, the HQ of the German Social Democrats. They suffered dramatic losses in the European elections and since then their numbers in the polls are in a free fall. The head of the party, Andrea Nahles, resigned about ten days ago and Manuela Schwesig, Malu Dreyer and Thorsten Schäfer-Gümbel have taken over as a provisional leadershipI. Since then the SPD has been like a tank of sharks just waiting to kill each other. I thought it would be funny to put their offices up for sale......it was a lame attempt.....
Just like Labour, where you have a very liberal wing in cohabitation with commie nut jobs like Corbyn, the French and German Socialists are torn in-between followers of ultra liberal economic and social policies and marxist-leninist dickheads. IMHO all three parties are completely out of touch with their traditional voters. The only people who still can be bothered to give them a vote are pseudo-intellectual wankers living in their ivory towers in the retarded village of academia!
