Yes, of course. Mounting the stationary Tor-M1s delivered by Russia decades ago onto Trucks makes those the "Iranian Version of Tor M1". I am sure that's how it works in your head. Hey, at least the Chinese come up with actual technological derivatives of the stuff they copy.

And most intriguing, a new currently unkown SHORAD seen in IRIADF paint scheme:

Intriguing is how Iran got its hands on blueprints for Denel's Umkhonto missile system. Then again, considering that SA is a hotbed of corruption and nepotistic ineptitude (much like a light version of Iran these days) I guess it shouldn't come as that surprising. Still not that bad, actually.
