I didn't find much info on this set op photographs! Only that they date to 1945 and that they show the manufacture of improvised snow camouflage suits. here is no information as to where the pics were taken or who is shown.
Some of the men wear uniforms and some wear coveralls one hast the "Big Red One" patch on his shirt, so my guess would be that, at least some of them, are GIs and that the picture was taken in the ETO. The Buildings in the pic with the jeep also look European. So if I would have to take an educated guess I would say one of the bigger towns in north-eastern Belgium, Liége or Verviers maybe.
