INS KOCHI, a 'Kolkata class' 8000 ton destroyer carried out 2-day operational turn around at SAFAGA, EGYPT from 28-30 June 2022. The ship participated in PASSEX & had close cooperation with Egyptian Navy.
INS ADITYA, a replenishment tanker and repair ship of Western fleet of Indian Navy, sailed out of Jeddah on 30 June after a two day operational turn around at the port.
INS KOLKATA berthed at Port Victoria, dressed overall to commemorate the Independence Day of Seychelles - 29 June. Naval ships traditionally dress overall from forward to aft using maritime flags on special occasions including when in foreign ports for celebratory occasions.
RIMPAC 2022:
Multinational ships are moored at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, during exercise Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) 2022. Twenty-six nations, 38 ships, four submarines, and more than 170 aircraft are participating in RIMPAC from June 29 to Aug 4.
