Commemorations of the fighting of Haute-Tarentaise
Our ′′ 7th ′′ elders fought with courage and tenacity to liberate the Val d ' Aosta, Savoie and the Alps region as a whole, then under the yoke of Italian and German forces.
In order to maintain the duty of memory, the Battalion ′′ iron and steel ′′ held several ceremonies at the top of the Roc de Belleface, at the pass du Valapet but also at the Chapieux to pay tribute to these valiant mountain soldiers.
