I just found this pic while looking for something else. I was walking point and nearly trod upon this mine. The "broom" guy stopped our patrol & it was blown in place. Gunny said I could come back for a quick pic.

This was on Rt 9 between Cam Lo and Rockpile early in 1969... as well as I can recall. It's been a few years.

I just had a plastic point-n-shoot camera so the Chinese characters can't be seen. SW
