That's very rude. Really It is the Japanese Maritime Self Defence Force. The Empire of Japan died on 14 August 1945.

On August 18th, some netizens posted a set of photos on a social media platform, showing the scene of the 2019 Japanese Ground Self-Defense Force "Fuji Integrated Firepower Exercise" in a driving rainstorm. As can be seen from the photos, the land-based combat equipment includes the 10-type main battle tank, the 90-type main battle tank, and the 16-type mobile combat vehicle.
