Not yet, currently being issued to Infantry at IB & LOC. Probably guns from second order will be issued to troops at LAC. Haven't received any picture from Ladakh yet. Most of these SIG pics are photos ops away from the border. Mobiles are not allowed obviously so it will be hard to find any. Official sources might post something in coming days.
