First Training Squadron Ships Indian Navy ships INS TIR, INS SUJATA & Indian Coast Guard ship ICGS SARATHI entered ?? Bandar Abbas port for Long Range Training Deployment on 13 October 2022. The CINC complimented the Western Fleet, INS Hansa and IAF for the readiness to accomplish the concept of operations as envisaged by the Indian Navy and contribute towards maritime security of the nation.

CINC witnessed anti-submarine, anti-aircraft and surface drills, and live firings by multiple platforms in a realistic multi-threat scenario. The review also demonstrated capability and op readiness of largest air station of Indian Navy INS Hansa in support of fleet operations.
