Indian Air Force (IAF) & Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) are conducting the Joint Military Training (JMT) at AF Station Kalaikunda, from 31 Oct to 12 Dec 2019. The RSAF deployed F-16C/D fighter aircraft to train alongside the IAF’s SU-30MKI fighter aircraft.
To commemorate the 10th edition of the JMT, Air Marshal VR Chaudhari, Senior Air Staff Officer, EAC & RSAF’s Air Combat Command Commander, Brigadier-General Ho Kum Luen visited & interacted with participants of both the Air Forces at AF Station Kaliakunda on 28 Nov 19.
The JMT provides an excellent opportunity to both the airforces to hone their operational skills & enhance interoperability through high-end, Mission-Oriented trainings. The exercise is a testament of India-Singapore strong relationships & lasting friendship.

IAF Spitfire FR XVIII TP333 seen at Drigh Road, Karachi, sometime in August 1947, even though the country was being split into two.This particular aircraft came to the IAF and served as HS637 - the second Mk XVIII in IAF service!
