Those are regular winter hats supposed to cover head & ears, but as you can see they are talking to the Army chief & weather looks comfortable enough.

The #Indian #HAL HTFE-25 "Hindustan Turbo Fan Engine" is a 25 kn turbofan engine. The engine can be used in single engine trainer jets and UAVs weighing up to 5 tonnes and in twin engine configuration for same weighing up to 9 tonnes. No, all infantry regiments & non-infantry corps serve there. There are 65 Rashtriya Rifles Battalions under Northern Command which are specialized in CT/CI ops with Infantrymen coming from their parent battalion to their respective RR battalion assigned specifically to that Infantry regiment.
