They're jihadists. They believe that if they are killed fighting unbelievers they are granted direct access to paradise to sit right next to Allah. Their greatest possible achievement in life is being killed in holy war. Martyrs aren't mourned, they are celebrated.
That's why they can't be allowed to have nuclear weapons. Because they'll use them since they do not care about the reaction, rather they long for it.
Does that sound like people you can negotiate with?
This isn't North Korea where the continued rule of the Kim dynasty is the only priority.

No, mostly because they underestimate the capabilities of Israel, and they don’t even comprehend the capabilities of USA. Add in that europe treated this as a deal to be done, which Is naïve beyond belief.
China is going to get a free demo of what USA has made public.

A few thoughts..
1) The WH has put a "lid" on the press for the rest of the day, meaning no more questions.
2) The "people" who may or may not be at Fordow now, are there to assess what will be required to destroy it and report to the President.
3) The CCP would like nothing more than the US getting embroiled in another ME war and taking their eye off the Indo-Pacific ball.
4) Trump has a lot to consider and navigate. I'm glad he's in charge at this specific moment.

If IF USA goes in on Iran, and in one or two nights destroys the nuke factories, and with others the Iranian navy, air defence etc. putin should be worried that the same could be done in Ukraine. Indeed the same units, on their way back from Iran, could resolve the ukr war.

Seems highly unlikely based on the geographic location of Fordow (i.e. surrounded by high hills and a considerable distance from habitation).
