Yup, you cannot blow up such a device with a cyber attack, this is a compromised supply chain, likely smaller batteries layered with explosives in between.

This is absolutely insane, a huge blow to Hezbollah make no doubts about it, they royally royally screwed up.

If it's proven that the battery wasn't the cause of the explosion, they'll switch to new pagers after inspecting them. It seems like a mini/micro charge was embedded inside the pagers.

Ivan le Fou was right when he talked earlier about Ayash flashbacks.

I wonder if Israel made this move to take advantage of it for an upcoming military action.
