As a Brit I am biased of course. The British Army is awesome IMHO, that said, I cant ignore the advancements of of other nations. For example Ukraine, their equipment is always improving, but the experience they have in war fighting will always be worth far more than the best gear.

Not really a secret, the infantry tactics used by Ukrainians now, primarily under CQB scenraios are from the British playbook. Also, God Forbid, NATO would have to fight the war with Russia on the same terms as Ukrainians did back in 2014-2015.
