we cant really tell because they didnt show the other radars in this pic they showed the 5P85T launcher which is used by both S-400 and S-300PMU-2 and they showed the 96L6 radar which is also used both for s400 and s300PMU2. But according to multiple people i know that work in DAT this regiment is the same regiment stationed in oran which operates the S-400 . And there is another confirmation for S-400 tell me if you want them
