That's probably some private small TV station, so far under the radar. But the state-run TV is now broadcasting only prayers and theological lectures. It's YouTube channel is dead.

yup, thats why I was saying that the smart way to go is to actually tolerate these guys and maybe down the line they will influenced. Let them be recognized without letting them go loose cannon. It seems like this Taliban is far more organized than before as they go light on attacks on the airport and embassies.
