North aliance fighters have other mentality. ANA had ZERO motivation to fight taliban.
N. Alliance fighter are just that, a rebel group that will definitely hold positions but only that, at least for now. Time wilm tell. Depends of several variations now.
Of course. I think it's bad for the citizens of Afg that are afraid of what will happen, and see the "freedom" they had during these 20 years get taken away. But at the same time i don't see it as a solution transporting en masse people to the US and Europe. The change Afg need is a change only they can take. But you can't help someone that doesn't want it enough.
Eastern Türkistan is only way to defeat China with divide and win tactics. For ex this is why west & specialy Israel did same to Azerbaijanis. They stay silent while Azerbaijanis advance on Armenia. That was probably because Azerbaijanis are 1/3 of Iran and only way to divide and conquer Iran can only by using 30 million Azerbaijani in inside the Iran. No one's want Iranian regime with nukes. Israel and Turkey literally donate all drone tech to them to clear troubles of mainland Azerbaijan so they can focus on "Southern Azerbaijan". Same they will try via Afganistan cuz it was back than paradise for radicals such as Al Qaida etc. There is also plenty of Eastern Türkistan radicals in İdlib preparing militants for this theater.
But realistically Taliban is mostly made up with pashtoons ( Pakistani kinda people) and they hate Turkics. Pakistan is also @@s licker of China. The chance that Taliban help Eastern Türkistani militants is 0.
Btw China was first to recognize Taliban. They will invest here hugely to prevent this also.
The "new northern alliance" is just a wet dream to those who havent realized the war is over in A-stan and the TAlibs won hands down. If the ANA couldnt take on the Talibs when they had more numbers and equipment, they sure as hell wont stop a Taliban that just got better arms and support all over the country.
There HAS to be a continuing resistance in Afghanistan & the fan boys of the West, US & EU will be happy to fund them with gobs of money & weaponry which they will gladly share with the taliban & AQ so they can put on a show like they've been doing for the last 20 years. It's always been about free money. I'm sure the checks are already being wired while the "new northern alliance" go back to beating their women & buttf**king little boys. There is no loyalty to their homeland Afghanistan. It's a shithole & always will be & the 300K troops we trained only wanted a steady paycheck for as long as it would last & all the Generals running the show enjoy their paychecks for as long as it would last. Cynical, yeah, I lost good buddies & family here [Steen, Mikkel.....], spent half my lifetime running in & out & hopefully will clear the mountains in the next few weeks for the last time unless we come back to drop some ordinance on the taliban if they threaten my homeland or other peace loving homelands & only that.
The French Military seems to have their orderly evacuation plan down to a science. I'm asking questions & making some notes. Good job France. We really need the safety & security of Bagram......

Still though, three great mysteries:
1. is there extraterrestrial life out there?
2. what happens after you die?
3. why was Bagram ditched, knowing that there were thousands of people still to evacuate?

But I think that pakistan is also going to nurture this east turkistan movement and we don't have to forget that pakistan a non nato ally keep supporting taliban to push USA out of afghanistan and they will try to do the same with china there are so many videos where pakistan people who are working in chinese company are forbidden to do namaz or to follow their faith so they will try to rebel against china but on small scale for example they are going to train small small groups to fight against china
Even if the US promises support now they'll just get stabbed in the back later like all of the US' indigenous allies. The Hmong in Vietnam, the Kurds (2x) etc.

The first priority should be aligning with a tribe/faction that can actually hold it's ground to provide a base of operations when the Taliban exports their main products: heroine and terrorism. So much money and time has been wasted by delusional politicians holding the people of Afghanistan to the same human rights standards as Western countries when far more basic needs like security weren't even close to being met. When we were successful in Afghanistan we were there simply kicking ass because of a clear threat to our own way of life, not trying to radically alter the lives of people that had barely discovered electricity by educating the locals and promoting LGBTQ rights.
Enduring Freedom: limited forces with limited, clearly defined objectives. It's only when every human rights group, NGO and political dimwit got involved that we became bogged down in "reconstructing" a nation that had never actually been "constructed" in the first place.
-Find, Fix, Flank, Finish-
Not expose yourself in a valley to get shot at and blown up while you go out to put in a well or build a hut to house a school that any Afghan could have done themselves if they had actually seen the need for, wanted to and could be bothered to actually put in the effort.

Anyone not attached to the embassies or essential members of the press that didn't get out two weeks (or more) ago is a special kind of stupid and have contributed to this mess through ultra poor judgement.
The precise number of Americans outside Kabul was not immediately clear but up to 15,000 may still be in Afghanistan, the Washington Post reported.
That's people just outside of Kabul. I thought we pulled all of the contractors out. What are these people...adventure tourists?
This is not to say the present U.S. administration should be let off the hook for this abomination.

3) The conventional wisdom now is that Biden and his Admin is now owned by the CCP. They have way too much dirt on them. The level of incompetence here is simply beyond comprehension. It had to have been done on purpose.
