A female U.S. military service member was reportedly assaulted by several male Afghan evacuees being housed at Fort Bliss.

Perhaps they should have started by informing the authorities, as soon as the passengers got off the plane, that they understood what they were being told (signature or fingerprint):
"You are not in Afghanistan now. If you treat women here like you do at home, you will rot in prison,
or we'll send you straight back to Afghanistan.

Democrats and Human Rights groups will be all in arms against it, using the usual argument: it is not safe to send them back there, where they will face abuses, tortures, deaths and other human rights violations from the Taliban.

The Biden admin can't afford that kind of thing.

Remember, they are the compassionate and competent adults.

Thta being said, I doubt these urbanites ever saw a horse other than in movies or cartoons. They probably didn't even know these animals were actually real.

So far no problems @ home with our commandos, their families, other family units & a buttload of unaccompanied children/babies. The local laws have been explained in detail but I think they were good people at heart to start with. Honestly I think the secret is empowering the women/wives, they seem to be the one's organizing & keeping a tight rein on the men. Not to downplay the crime rate but 3-4 incidents out of 400K refugees is about to be expected. A few evac flights were overrun during loadout & sure a few bad apples boarded that weren't on the manifests. Hopefully it'll work out ok once the bad guys are weeded out. Afghans are really good people once they're given a chance at a future.
