The dude's name is John Teti. He is an ex-US Army Green Beret who served the CIA's Global Response Staff (known as ground unit back then) in Afghanistan btw 2004-2006. GRS is one of the publicly known field activities unit of the CIA that formed by the military contractors with special forces background.

Pretty coool stuff here, including a HK416 upper with 10.5" barrell and suppressor for CQB and LWRC M6A2 upper with 14.5" barrel, M203 40mm grenade launcher and ACOG scope for field combat both sharing the same M4 lower receiver.
