66th Mobile Field Hospital. Without a doubt the most respected unit in the Ukrainian Armed Forces. On the books they have the single one mobile operating room (on KrAZ trailer chassis) in the Ukrainian inventory.

Russian propaganda has nothing to do with reality. If you read and watch their news, it's the "tiny" Russia surround by "mighty" Ukraine. Of course, events can take on the life of its own, but Ukrainian armed forces wouldn't conduct large scale offensive operations against Russian 1st and 2nd expeditionary corps unless there is an ironclad guarantee that Russia won't launch a full scale invasion of Ukraine. While the Ukrainian enlisted men and junior to mid rank officers are surely better than their Russian counterparts, Ukraine lacks both numerical and qualitative strengths to take on the whole Russian military. Furthermore, I still think that Russian generals in charge are better than Ukrainian counterparts in mobile combined arms warfare where large numbers of troops and equipment are involved.

CBRXI at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center is the final exercise in 1-1 CD’s rotation in support of Atlantic Resolve in Europe, which evaluates the interoperability of U.S. forces with their NATO allies and partners.
