It's variant of Soviet TT-33 Tokarev, maybe Chinese Type54 or M20 (version of the Type 54 made without factory markings to conceal the weapon's origins). Many of these were provided to North Vietnamese forces during the Vietnam War.

Forgive me, I said that because of the handle's appearance. Perhaps it's an older version with handles like in TT-33 and its Chinese versions, because the current K-14 has such a look.

No no! TT-33 is product of Soviet Union. And K-14 is product of Vietnam. Not China!
