The Russian name for the ship type is Gvardeysky Raketnyy Kreyser (GRKR), meaning "Guards Missile Cruiser". She is named after Dmitriy Ustinov, a former Soviet Minister of Defence. 17 Nov 2018

Decommissioned Oliver Hazard Perry-class guided missile frigate USS Boone (FFG-28). On 18 August 2022 Boone was towed to Campbeltown, Scotland to be sunk as part of a "SINKEX", a sinking exercise, by Harpoon missiles fired by the Royal Navy Type-23 frigate HMS Westminster, to test a new US targeting satellite

India:
Leander-class light cruiser INS Delhi makes a visit to the Port of Fremantle, Victoria Quay 1969. Formerly the HMNZS and HMS Achilles she was renowned for her part in the famous Battle of the River Plate in 1939. Achilles also won Battle Honours at Guadalcanal in 1942-43 and Okinawa in 1945. In 1948 she was sold to the Indian Navy and recommissioned as INS Delhi. Delhi served with the Indian Navy until 1978.
Achilles played herself in the British film Battle of the River Plate in 1956.

As the damage was beyond control, she was abandoned and then scuttled by torpedoes from the escort destroyer Albrighton.
