That's a curious outfit. Are they by any chance professional athletes? Some militaries establish units of athletes representing their country e.g. at the Olympics.

Hi, I hope you have a great day. No, they don´t, they are army officers and they are platoon commanders and instructors from the Army Academy, it was only a refresh marksman training and some sports event in the Academy. However, we have one unit that they are bike athletes.

Mariya Ivanovna Dolina (18 December 1922 – 3 March 2010) was a Ukrainian Soviet pilot, deputy squadron commander of the 125th “Marina M. Raskova” Borisov Guards Bomber Regiment. She was active primarily on the 1st Baltic Front during World War II. On 18 August 1945 she was awarded the title Hero of the Soviet Union.

^ The middle one strikes me as airsoft or some such nonsense. The field uniform doesn't fit her, she wears her beret incorrectly, and that plain full-size G36 with a low mount just looks wrong.
