Its maroon and blue rather than red and white and - as @BravoZulu notes - is the DZ flash for Depot Para so unlikely to be worn by anyone on ops. Its been used since 1941 without any complaints from Warsaw...

In this tongue-in-cheek documentary reel by the German military, the presenter visits the Guards Battalion – which was actually the last unit of the Bundeswehr to accept female recruits. Their hesitation was due to concerns about maintaining a uniform appearance (small or exceptionally tall men were also rejected), and about the female anatomy getting in the way of the K98k. Which it kind of does… and I'm not mad about it.

U.S. Air Force basic military training trainees practice Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) training, Feb. 13, 2020, at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas. TCCC is an All Service Members Course (AMS) that teaches service members lifesaving skills to render basic medical aid to a trauma casualty. The five lifesaving skills learned are: rapid casualty assessment, tourniquet application, wound packing with a hemostatic dressing, implementation of a pressure bandage, and basic airway maneuvers to open the airway. The Secretary of Defense has directed that all military service members be trained and become proficient in basic lifesaving TCCC AMS skills, replacing the Combat Lifesaver course.
