Hi guys as many of us here who have served with a nation's army I thought that it would be great to see you're main unit equipment that you used in your time in Service.
Feel free to post pictures of your equipment for us all to see.
I will start off with pics in order of use... Starting as a junior gunner to leaving the Army.

First the 25Pdr gun MK2

I then left the army time done but the Regiment went on to the AS90.

Now it's your turn 😁

As forward observer my main weapons were: map, drawing plane, binoculars, accurate compass, laser range finder, Sanla 90 + radio for sending fire missions encrypted and for calculating location, and steel cable to measures distances. Those we then used to see what it looks like in the receiving end when you fire those equipment of yours.

Sanla, this hanged from your neck

Sanla made this very pleasant sound every time someone send a message

I served my year in 09-10, never had to test the skills in real life. Hopefully it continues.

Edit: I also got a license for one of these and drove it around for few months.

Yeah I guess maybe, I was a careerist after all. I came into it in my late teens into an analog army, and left in the digital one. From ALICE and PASGT to MOLLE and IBA/IOTV.

By the way, I didn't know that the UK had once used the M109 until I saw your OP and googled. Thanks for sharing.

For small arms
Rk-95 was my rifle. I even managed to get golden shooting mark in basic. Reason is that someone decided that in our unit everyone has to have it, so I took extra lessons. For this we got a lot of training throughout the year.

Pkm I got to shoot few times and carried in some exercise.

Then I got to shoot once:
FN HP-DA
NSV (against drone, no hits)
HK GMG
M72 LAW
81 KRH 96, mortar

Does a foreign weapons qualification count? Because I did qualify with German weapons for a Schützenschnur event with our sister German partnered unit but was never issued obviously. Also did so with German reservists a separate time.

MP5
G3
G36
MG3
Panzerfaust 3
