Belt mounted ammo pouches with flaps, not molle mounted to the PC's. I wonder if if this is stemming from battlefield experiences with the flaps to protect from sand, mud, and battle debris from getting into the mags themselves and causing malfunctions, with the ammo on the PC's not great either because of how low they must go to the ground to do the low crawl

Upon further inspection since I cannot edit my comment anymore, that is the Mk16 and not the Mk14. That Mk16 is also not the URGI variant either as the color is is not DDC.
