Some Brits. First pic seems to be BAOR with German Customs Officers. Note the "Zöllner's" Tommy gun!! The second one looks like NI during "The Troubles".
GIs on exercises with a Jeep-mounted M27 105mm recoilless rifle. This weapon first appeared in the early 50s and was designed to have an anti-tank capabilty and you will no doubt notice that their target is actually a Panther tank! Note the US Army Service Command patch and the fact that one GI wears a WW2 vintage Enlisted Mans' mackinaw.
