Being from the US I do appreciate it very much. I currently have in my collection several Garands and a M1A1 Carbine. They are my US WWII representatives. I would love to get my hands on a Springfield and GI pattern 1911 but haven’t got around to it. I don’t know if Browning Hi-Power counts but that’s one my favorite old school pistols.
This is quite a nice hand gun. Shoots like a tack driver and eats just any ammo I feed it! I eventually replaced the factory grips with Simonich gunner grips.
It's the BM59, M1 Garand and the M14, spectacular weapons! I had the good fortune to shoot the M14, very accurate.
