Australia:
Colossus-class light aircraft carrier HMAS Vengeance (R71) and Majestic-class light aircraft carrier HMAS Sydney (R17) (background) escorted by HMAS Quadrant (F01) (ex Q-class destroyer) circa 1954. Vengeance was loaned to the RAN for 3 years while the carrier Melbourne was being completed.
Brazil:
Aircraft carrier Minas Gerais (A11) emerging from her modernisation in Rotterdam in 1960. She was originally the Colossus class carrier HMS Vengeance as well as the carrier loaned to the RAN as HMAS Vengeance (1953 to 1955). She saw service with Brazil until 2001.
USN:

Boston class guided missile cruiser (ex Baltimore class heavy cruiser) USS Canberra (CAG-2) steaming down the Delaware River after leaving the New York Shipbuilding Company shipyard at Camden, New Jersey, for builder's trials, 14 May 1956. She had just completed conversion to a guided-missile cruiser.
USN:

South Dakota-class battleship USS Massachusetts (BB-59) takes on fuel from Suamico-class replenishment oiler USS Saugatuck (AO-75) on April 20, 1945. At the time, Massachusetts was operating primarily off of Okinawa, contributing her hefty anti-aircraft battery in fending off repeated Japanese air attacks.

RN:
Aircraft maintenance carrier HMS Pioneer on trials in the Firth of Clyde circa February 1945. One of two Colossus class light fleet carriers completed as aircraft maintenance ships, the other was HMS Perseus.
She arrived in Sydney, Australia, and joined the British Pacific Fleet in May 1945. Based in Manus for the remainder of the war, Pioneer returned home in February 1946 and went straight into unmaintained reserve, never to see service again. She was scrapped in Scotland in 1958
