It's somewhat clear that in the India vs. Pakistan slapping competition, India lost several aircraft, Pakistan got its IIAD smashed and had most of their own retaliatory attacks blocked. Looks to me like India probably came out on top.

A dissonant point of view regarding the results of Operation Sindoor.
To sum it up, in a manner reminiscent of the way German quick reports were initially able to shape world opinion regarding the results of the battle of Jutland, Pakistan got a head start and, helped by the Chinese military blogosphere, painted the image of a resounding Pakistani victory. A later assessment by western militaries shows that in fact, Operation Sindoor was successful and that India's top of the ligne fighters, especially Rafales, performed quite well, annihilating all intended targets in the face of alerted air defenses (India had issued warnings), for the loss of at most 4-5 jets including perhaps a single Rafale, compared to the loss of some 10 PAF planes (from another rumor, possibly including a Swedish-made e Saab 340 Awacs).
