I have no idea what this stuff even is, what is it used for, seasoning, fragrance?
 
I'll have to buy some and try it then. Lots of dishes that I like are based on fried onions as the primer. Thanks for the tip, mate.
At first, the smell can be overpowering, it should be powder type. if it becomes a lump try drying it and pound it to powder. Do share the picture when you cook a dish with it, cheers.
