Good stuff Picahna you and I share the same taste and palate regarding food apparently.

Currently enjoying a homemade cheeseburger, made of cheddar and salad and yea a steak.

Chimay triple to wash it down:

Chilli con carne and a bit of tabasco (though its already hot with fresh chillies inside and I prepared it also with dark chocolate)
I often do a homemade one, but although I've read about putting in a small piece of dark chocolate, I've never tried it. You'd recommend it?

I would, it works in combination with the balance of the other ingredients. So I really only use a small piece of dark chocolate 80% cocoa.

It smoothens the texture and taste. Worth the try imho.

Chocolate chili is definitely a good idea. You might also want to take it to the next level and use a light coffee instead of water while cooking the stuff.

I will try it next time but has to be decaf because of the kids. I also added coca cola once or twice was also good :)

Well you got me, sometimes(when mom looks the other way) they even get a glass of Coke or Spezi. So they will survive the light coffee too.

Homemade nutcake and fresh chilled milk (I hate hot milk was forced to drink it as a kid)
