I often do a homemade one, but although I've read about putting in a small piece of dark chocolate, I've never tried it. You'd recommend it?Chilli con carne and a bit of tabasco (though its already hot with fresh chillies inside and I prepared it also with dark chocolate)
Chocolate chili is definitely a good idea. You might also want to take it to the next level and use a light coffee instead of water while cooking the stuff.I would, it works in combination with the balance of the other ingredients. So I really only use a small piece of dark chocolate 80% cocoa.
It smoothens the texture and taste. Worth the try imho.
Good stuff Picahna you and I share the same taste and palate regarding food apparently.
Currently enjoying a homemade cheeseburger, made of cheddar and salad and yea a steak.
Chimay triple to wash it down:

Inconsistency detected.I will try it next time but has to be decaf because of the kids. I also added coca cola once or twice was also good
