I was just wondering, if I wanted a bomb to hit a concrete roof, no penetration, but a Big Bang, that would keep peoples heads down, one hit every 20 seconds, for 4 minutes. Could be useful.

They should force them to watch the movie of the Iranians putting ropes around the necks of their fellow types and lifting them up with a crane.
