The Arctic Response Company Group (ARCG) has completed all tasks and returned to base!
Elements of several 4th Canadian Division units operated under the command of the ARCG in the field during #NOREX18, including:
1st Hussars, 31 Combat Engineer Regiment, 31 Signal Regiment, 33 Signal Regiment, Royal Highland Fusiliers of Canada, Grey & Simcoe Foresters, Essex & Kent Scottish, 31 Service Battalion, 2 Field Ambulance, 23 Field Ambulance, 25 Field Ambulance, and 31 Canadian Forces Health Services Company.
Tasks including simulated aircraft debris location and recovery, reconnaissance, presence patrols and live-fire ranges were successfully completed over six days demonstrating the ARCG’s mobility, sustainability and survivability under harsh weather conditions in remote Arctic locations.
