Officer Trainees from 22 Friendly Foreign Countries (FFC) successfully completed the gruelling Commando Course at Junior Leaders Wing, Belagavi, India. Lt Edward Gardener from United Kingdom was adjudged as the best FFC Officer of the course.

In the build-up to the Annual Camp, this year at Camp Lejeune and starting this Sunday, soldiers from A and B Coy were introduced to urban operations drills, with lectures at Warwick Camp, a dry run at Casemates, and a final confirmation on a gel ball range at Warwick Camp.
On her first visit to Tonga, HMS Tamar hosted Tongan royalty and military leaders, before her crew helped paint shipping containers used by the Tongan Red Cross Society and revamped a run-down building at Tonga National Visual Impairment Association.
Indian Navy's frigate INS Sahyadri participated in Maritime Partnership Exercise with UK Littoral Response Group South (LRGS) comprising Royal Navy ships RFA Argus & RFA Lyme Bay. Tactical manoeuvres, boarding ops, surface engagement against simulated asymmetric threats, cross deck visits & cross deck helo ops conducted. The exercises provided an opportunity for both navies to exchange best practices & benefit from each other's experience & expertise.
Daring class (Type 45) destroyer HMS Diamond (D34) launches a Sea Viper missile. On 24 April 2024, Diamond defended the American container ship MV Maersk Yorktown and shot down a Houthi anti-ship ballistic missile. This was the first ballistic missile kill for the Sea Viper air defence system and the first Royal Navy missile-to-missile interception in combat since the 1991 Gulf War
The Royal Air Force (RAF) Typhoon Display Team has unveiled its new look for the 2024 display season.
The jet has been painted in a 1944 era 'Day Fighter' which remembers the Hawker Typhoon of 257 Squadron, FM-G, featuring the RAF Tactical Recognition flash and the D-Day invasion features.
