Royal Marines have a revamped raiding craft for use on coastal commando raids. Faster, with better range and with room to launch drones, this is the Commando Raiding Craft.

An historical moment in Swedish Lapland
The Archer Artillery System is complex and requires an in-depth knowledge of the computer system and fault management.
But for the first time, two British detachments have independently completed a live fire mission.

Artillerymen from the 14th Regiment Royal Artillery stationed in Larkhill participated in the exercise carried out in Sweden using new Archer howitzers.

The Archer getting ready to fire a round during a training exercise for the British Army in Sw...jpg

Previously, they had undergone a series of training under the supervision of Swedish instructors. This process was, in terms of length and issues, the same as that undergone by Swedish artillerymen during their military service. The soldiers of the 14th Regiment noted the high level of automation and digitalization of the Archers compared to the previously used AS90 howitzers. The training in Sweden is intended to result in the preparation of instructors who will pass on knowledge during the training of subsequent Archer crews in the country. The British expect that training in Great Britain will start in spring this year. More gun howitzers will also gradually arrive. Currently, the Swedes have delivered 4 systems, and 8 more are scheduled to arrive in April this year.Great Britain has ordered 14 Archer self-propelled howitzers from Sweden, together with logistics containers, an ammunition package, a training package and operational support. The equipment comes from Swedish surpluses and is intended to partially replace the AS90 provided to Ukraine by the British

Edit:
I made a mistake, obviously not the 14th Royal Artillery Regiment - it should have been the 14th Regiment Royal Artillery.
Forgive my ignorance, all Royal Artillerymen.

This annual gesture is a thank you to local Norwegians is undertaken during Operation Clockwork. The cabins, which sit at over 2000ft above sea level are used by hikers for shelter and in emergency throughout the year. Dry, quality firewood is essential fuel to keep hikers warm as they wait out the changeable and sometimes dangerous weather.
The Commando Mobile Air Operations Team prepare the pick-up and drop off sites and also prepare the stores to be loaded both into and underneath the aircraft. The loaded Merlin helicopters then fly through valleys before climbing the towering mountains of the National Park to the drop off points near the cabins.
Keeping these emergency cabins stocked with logs is a demanding task, made easier when lifted by powerful Commando Merlin helicopters. Without helicopter support this task would often be completed using local volunteers riding snowmobiles through the wilderness for weeks. By using the Merlin however, a load of 3 tons can be moved in a matter of hours.
The firewood is provided by the Troms Turlag (The Norwegian Trekking Association), who request the help of the CHF units on their annual winter deployment on Operation Clockwork.

In the Arctic 847 Naval Air Squadron (847 NAS) has been carrying out underslung load lift training.
The 847 NAS Commando Wildcats have been working with CHF's Commando Mobile Air Operations Team (MAOT) and members of Joint Helicopter Support Squadron in undertaking load lifting in extreme conditions.
Arctic trained specialists Commando MAOT, which are a part of CHF works alongside CHF's flying squadrons around the globe on land or sea.
