Austria is a neutral state. Soviet military withdrew in 1955. Most likely due to some agreements Soviets left hardware behind.

Berkut is absolutly right. The Bundesheer received a total of 37 T 34 were donated.
The were built into fortifications in the 70s-80s
2007 the last were removed out of those fortifications. Here a pictures of the last being removed.
