Nope. We have limited G3 rifles since the 80s.

I read in TIMAWA.NET before that if the Americans weren't 'pushy' with the M-16 rifle to the AFP, the AFP should had selected the G3 as the standard rifle in the 70s.

EDIT: The Philippine National Police loves "collecting'' rifles. We have FAMAS, G3s, Galils, and Type-56 rifles (captured from communist rebels). Though rarely seen these days except the Galils which is now the common standard rifle alongside with the M-16/M-4.

Honestly, good thing you did stick with M-16. G3 is an excellent weapon, but myself being about 153cm, I can relate to you guys :) M-16 is much, much easier to handle for someone of smaller statue.
