It is possible. Soldiers to exercise "Northern Wind 2019" are from the Swedish 192 Mechanized Battalion from Norrbotten Regiment, in which Regiment there are also Home Guard subdivisions from the municipality of Piteå.

A couple of weeks ago Saab finished the mid life update of the HMS Uppland submarine.
This was the second Gotland-class sub within 12 months to get the massive update where HMS Gotland was the first.
More than 20 systems on-board the new Gotland-class will be implemented in the A26 as well.
The submarine was cut open in the mid-tank section, adding a new 2 meter section to the hull.
Updated to Stirling AIP MkIII, one single optronics mast, new sensor suite, new sonar, new coms and new combat management. improved cyber defence suite, better crew compartments and a divers hatch for spec ops. Improved sea water cooling, fresh water cooling, water chiller units.
