Exercise "Vintersol 2018", Sweden, March 2018.
Six Swedish units participate and practice together, testing their training in snow and cold. Vintersol offers fantastic training conditions with large areas and climate, which in the cold seasons provides unique and difficult conditions that really put winter skills to the test.

Swedish amphibious unit soldiers and American Navy and Marines soldiers are currently practicing to find common approaches to fighting in the Swedish archipelago. Exercise "Archipelago Endeavor 2018" (in August 2018) is part of the letter of intent signed between Sweden and the United States at political level 2016.

The Heavy Airlift Wing Combat Security is a multinational section operating out of Papa Air Base, Hungary. They consist of personnel from the US, Norway, the Netherlands and Sweden.
Their mission is to protect C-17’s and its aircrew in austere environments around the world. During a week in Arvidsjaur, Sweden. They participated in a tailor made course at the Subarctic Warfare Center, focusing on contingency drills in medium and high threat areas.
