So the Canadian Rangers are still using the Lee Enfield? I guess it makes sense since they only need a sturdy rifle for hunting or defending themselves against grumpy polar bears. I suppose there's not much use for full-auto carbine on a patrol in Nunavut or elsewhere up north in inland Canada.

Those are older pics Fish&Chips. The SMLE is being replaced by a Tikka.

New rifles for the Canadian Rangers now being delivered

The Canadian Rangers will soon get their new rifles to replace their existing Lee Enfields.
