With all do respect please tell me if my eyes are wrong, but in this pictures this cammo pattern is Multicam !!!
So this unit uses the Multicam Cammo!!!!
I know that though not only the Multicam is used by this unit also the A-TACS FG

A characteristic feature of JWK compared to other Polish special forces units is that in field operations they quite often used uniforms in the ATACS-FG pattern (most often sewn by the Currahee company). However, they also often use the Multicam pattern.
 
Which AGL do Polish troops use?
The Polish Army currently has one type of automatic 40mm grenade launchers. It was American Mk.19 Mod.3.
This AGL was purchased in 2007 as an emergency operating need, in connection with missions in Iraq and Afghanistan. Polish soldiers have about 200 Mk.19 Mod.3 grenade launchers.
