It is named the M-60TM. The Turkish Amry is upgrading 400 M-60’s to TM standard as a stop gap measure until the first Altay’s are commissioned.

Actually that model is called M60T1 Fırat-Sabra and it focuses on to improve Israeli modernized M60T Sabra tanks with some new features mostly aselsan made electronics such as SARP 12.7mm remote controlled weapon station, TULS lazer warning receivers, ADİS driver day & night vision system, YAMGÖZ commander 360 degree observation unit, ADOP laser rangefinder & FLIR unit, new auxiliary power unit (APU), new independent air conditioner and most importantly Pulat active defence system against ATGM & rockets. As the beginning of 2018 all of the active M60T Sabras in Turkish service (total 169 units) received that modification.

The modernisation project you are referring is M60TM " Fırat" which focused on to improve the original Turkish issue M60A3 TTS Patton tanks which have not received Sabra modernisation with Roketsan made add-on reactive armour and the other tech features that I listed on M60T1 Sabra-Fırat model . However accourding to my knowledge the original number of this project is only limited with 60 tanks and it may goes up to 180 in close future.
