With the rest of the Tier 1 operation units of the Turkish military, Army SF (ÖKK) and Gendarmerie SF (JÖAK) yes. Like you can understand from the previous imaged that I have shared, all of these special mission untis have adopted some high tech stuff and night-vision equipment such as the GPNVG-18, PVS-31 and PSQ-36 with large numbers in past 3 year period. And apart fom US and Turkey, I don't know any solid example that these are widely issued by more than two SF units of a single nation...

One more photo of the Amry SF (ÖKK)

I noticed. Quite impressive. :)

Found this interesting short news clip about the DEA's FAST team operating with members of the Afghan Police in Afghanistan.

Yesterday in Lyon an exercise involving 400 members of the CT forces in France (GIGN, BRI, RAID, ...) and GRES.
A terrorist attack in a full stadium. Multiple dead and wounded.

Firefighters from the GRES (a new unit created in each firefighter administrative area and specialized in intervention involving CT forces) waiting to assist the victims.

They are equipped with a ballistic red helmet (Gallet TC 800 from MSA) and bullet proof vest.
