- the regime's strength is not diminished
-land forces and navy intact
- at least thirty percent of missile launchers and at least 40 percent of Iranian ballistic missiles remain intact
- enriched uranium stockpile out of sight
- has opened the door wide for China in the region
- all the Islamist movements in the region are getting blood in their eyes, because in their view Iran has won because it has failed to bring it to its knees and the evil leader of the united great Satan of America has begged for peace from the prophets on earth.

Even though I agree with some of the points, it's hardly a fair assessment.
- Their centrifuges are largely gone together with the facilities.
- The top nuclear minds are gone.
- They involuntarily joined an open skies project and Russia can't supply new AD anytime soon.
- Their security apparatus has taken bad hits.
- Everyone else than the most blood thirsty fundamentalists see that the emperor doesn't have clothes.
Edit:
- Their drone and BM manufacturing capabilities are rather limited after the strikes.
You have no idea about the Middle East.

Apart from having fired off most of their missiles to almost no effect, the loss of much of their command structure, but apart from that, maybe

The land and sea forces now have zero air cover. So they're even more vulnerable than they were two weeks ago. The only thing preventing their destruction as a viable force was Israel having higher priorities

Maybe. Or maybe out of sight means buried 60+ meters underground. Iran's security services have been so heavily penetrated by the Israeli's that if they had moved it, it's highly likely that the relocation vehicles etc would have been targets

Surveys put support of regime at 20%. It doesn't care about them. Spending on the nuclear program, per capita income a pathetic 4K US compared to local oil rich neighbours. Has to be deep resentment, they are not stupid people. Usually the US would be all in causing foment. Ukraine and most likely Iran according to the stats and proven by blood with Ukraine the reject the regimes. Yet Vance and co are that jaded they have nothing and cannot see what is obvious. I was thinking the whole time why people are not in the streets in Tehran.
But than i thought that:
- No one likes war, and "supporting" Israel is at least kinda weird for Iranians.
- Last time they protested, several got in prison and other ones died. You got tired of that after a while.

There also is the fact the popular protests against the regime receive very little to no support from outside.
The West isn't backing these movements, they barely talk about them or engage in meaningful process to further the cause.
Each and every time protests take place, they get repressed. The regime cracks down on them, arrest people en masse, kill them or have them disappear.
Same goes with everything related to women's rights, gay rights and such... usually the West takes great interest in these things. But with Iran? Nope, nothing. A few timid mumbles of indignation, one or two editorials published in some newspaper, and that's it; "we did our part".
