When I served in USMC, we had 4 battalions on one Regiment. I was told that now it is back to 3 battalions per regiment. Can you guys confirm?

I believe 1st and 2nd Marines are 4 battalions with 3rd Marines at 3
 
Did the format change? I know the tanks were eliminated
