Turkish Air Force A-400M tactical cargo aircraft is transferring the humanitarian aid to Bangladesh
Turkish Army paratroopers from the 1st Commando Brigade airborne training in Kayseri.
Photos from the first graduated conscripts who were trained and equipped by the Turkish Army in the Turkey's military base of Mogadishu. Notice that most of them are armed with the MKEK MPT-76 rifles. I have read that Turkish government donated 4,000 units of MPT-76 rifles to Somalian Army. Normally I am not against for helping other nations who are fighting against terror and instability in their lands. However in this case still most of the infantry squadrons of the Turkish Army are relying on old G3 rifles that mostly produced during the 1980s by MKEK. So in my humble opinion that our main priorty should be donating the Turkish Military right know. Altough Turkish Army has hundreds and thousands of AK-47 / AK-M variants in storage which mostly bought from the ex-East German stocks in the mid. of 1990s that might be the most suitable option for Somalians instead of brand new MPT-76s...
