On 1970s when there were a martial law in Turkey and ÖKK (Turkish Army SF) and PÖH (Turkish Police Tactical unit) were not yet founded SAK (Turkish Navy SF) and SAS (Turkish Navy EOD) teams destroyed illegal fishing and gun running mafias, protected airports and they actively involed many shootouts with armed groups. They also trained police with EOD skills.

I'm thinking to share photo's of Turkish army during the second world war but I want to explain the situation before posting. For maybe little understandability about the situation before 40s in Turkey♥.
