As far as I know, it is retired. At least it´s regular use, I have seen pics of Navy members using Cetme C in a logisitic ship.
When I start serving, in 2003, we made our first military instruction using Cetme L, once in our military unit, we still used Cetme L for armed guard duty on barracks, for everything else, we used HK.
I supose they are stocked for its use just in case.
After 52 years of uninterrupted service in the Army, finally arrived it´s retirement. Last flight of the HU-10 (Spanish designation for the Bell UH-1H) of the Spanish Army:
